It is part of a project of renovation and sustainable rehabilitation of a historical building part of the UNESCO Worl Heritage Site of Alcalá de Henares. 📍 THE LOCATION The building is located behind Plaza de San Diego and the Rectorate of the UAH (University of Alcalá de Henares), and only 3 minutes’ walk from Plaza Cervantes, where buses leave for the external technological-scientific campus. Therefore, its location makes it ideal for all students of the UAH, AlcaLingua and Instituto Franklin. 👨🎓 EVERYTHING A STUDENT NEEDS We offer a complete university experience, and what better way to live it than living in a building in the city center of archaeological and sustainable relevance, with a huge outdoor patio and with an all-inclusive price: - Comfortable and modern, fully furnished rooms: large desk, comfortable bed with under-bed storage, plenty of storage space, and kitchenette. - Laundry: Our shared laundry is always at your disposal, with coin-operated washers and dryers or pay-per-app. - A private bathroom.
